Easy check-in, exceptional rooms, above average breakfast. Smart staff as I wanted. I appreciated hot beverages at Substanz. Modern design, efficient service in the entire hotel. The stay at this well priced venue was an outstanding one.

We had a decent time. Brand-new place, very cordial staff, decent views. We booked a twin room with balcony and terrace. Very very good breakfast, EXCEPTIONAL service. We enjoyed that the downstairs bar was clean.

Amicable staff, comfy bed and comfortable location. The guest room I got included balcony, fridge and terrace. The a la carte restaurant was large, they served outstanding food. The carbonated drinks in roof top bar were very welcome. A short walk to the astonishing beach.

By and large, it was lovely base for sightseeing in Munich, had much fun. Room had a sunny balcony. We really enjoyed our stay...
